VOA60 Africa - HRW: African leaders failed to address widespread abuses against civilians

Human Rights Watch says in its latest World Report that African leaders have failed to address widespread abuses against civilians by state security forces and non-state armed groups. HRW is urging the African Union to put into place mechanisms to protect victims of rights abuses.
