Mali: The ruling junta said Sunday that it was expelling the head of the human rights division of MINUSMA, the U.N. mission there, giving him 48 hours to leave the country. The junta criticized Guillaume Ngefa Atonodok Andali for bias on the state of human rights in Mali.
