Ukrainian agents assassinated the commander of Russia’s Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Defense Forces outside an apartment building in Moscow on Tuesday. Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov and his deputy were killed by a hidden bomb. Ukrainian intelligence claimed responsibility
