U.S. envoy Amos Hochstein said on Wednesday in Lebanon that he believes a war between Israel and Lebanon's powerful militant group Hezbollah could be avoided. Hochstein also said that Israel and Hamas needed to move toward a peace agreement for Gaza without further delay.
