Israel: Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu acknowledged on Tuesday that Israeli forces had carried out the "unintended strike” in the Gaza Strip that left dead seven aid workers with World Central Kitchen. The food charity said it was immediately suspending operations in the region.
